Application for TNASH Board of Directors

Thank you for considering being a part of the TNASH Board. Currently, we are working on growing our infrastructure and forming a board is part of that.  The following are some of the expectations of our board members:


  • Regular attendance at board and planning meetings. Our official meetings are quarterly for 2019: March 12th, June 11th, September 10th, and December 10th. The planning meetings are monthly from 10-11 am the day of the Lunch and Learns (the third Wednesday of every month). Members who miss four planning meetings and/or two official board meetings will be subject to potential removal from the board.

  • Serving on a committee to help TNASH run smoothly.

  • Give/Get: We are working on a give/get component to board membership – this is a requirement to fundraise for the organization – either getting donors/resources connected with the organization, doing a personal fundraiser or donating directly. Donating directly is not a requirement, but it does require you to at least spend some time either working towards fundraising or advocating for the organization.
